1.1Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which govern Estate Systems Ltd relationship with you in relation to this website. 1.2The term 'Mastdata',' 'mastdata.com ', 'www.mastdata.com', 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is North End House, Avon, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 7JB. Our company name is 'Estate Systems Ltd' and our registration number is 07619650, registered in England and Wales. The term 'you', 'your' or 'user' refers to the user or viewer of our website.
2.Trial Users, User Subscriptions and Umbrella Licenses
2.1To access our full range of services, users can apply for a trial login. After this period expires, users can subscribe for continued access to our services. Duplicate logins after the initial trial period has expired are not permitted.
2.2New users will be required to verify their email address by clicking on a link in an automated email after registration. Full access is not permitted until the email address is verified.
2.3We may refuse login or licence applications from private email addresses such as, but not limited to hotmail, gmail and mailinator. A free trial may not be accepted where;
2.3.1email domains are invalid
2.3.2email domains refer to a holding webpage
2.3.3email domains refer to a redirected webpage
2.3.4the email is a temporary address
2.3.5the user is a duplicate from an existing organisation or company that has already had a free trial
2.4Each user will need a separate login and a login must not be shared, or used by multiple operators. This will invalidate both the login and any associated Licence.
2.5Multiple users are available with a corporate umbrella licence, but not a Private or Sole Trader licence.
2.6We may, at our discretion, refuse or terminate login or licence applications from individuals, organisations or companies that do not have a supporting interest in the UK telecoms industry.
2.7There is no device or location restriction. We have an IP quota restriction which is overridden with a valid login.
2.8We will refuse a Sole Trader/Private licence when made on behalf of a limited company, unless this has been specifically agreed with us in advance.
2.9Licenced subscribers will not be automatically charged if you add new users and exceed your licenced quota. If the number of users exceed the licence quota we may contact you, or remove the users from your licence. All users within a licence are reviewed annually.
2.10By default, new users will be added automatically to an existing license when the email domain matches the licence domain.
2.11If any documentation is requested to accept us as a supplier then a £60 administration fee could apply if said documentation takes us more than 15 minutes to collate & send.

4.Terms of data usage for datasets supplied under a Data Licence Agreement.
4.1We reserve all rights of ownership to datasets supplied.
4.2You may use the data or products provided for the purposes outlined in the Data Licence. The Purpose for which the data will be used will be required as part of this licence.
4.3You may make full or partial copies of the Dataset for back-up and archive purposes only and retain these until the Date of Termination of the Licence Agreement.
4.4You may produce maps and graphical visualisations from the data for use in publications and presentations with appropriate acknowledgements to mastdata.com.
4.5You may not Transfer, assign, rent, lease, sell, give or otherwise dispose of the original data, portion, derivative thereof or products developed from the data.
4.6You may not publish the data or resulting products without prior consultation with, and agreement from mastdata.com
4.7You may not Sell a product or tradeable commodity based in whole or in part on data supplied by us unless you have obtained our prior written agreement and have paid any royalties due.
4.8Datasets will not be supplied
1) without payment in advance.
2) where the client does not fulfil our background checks.
3) There is a potential conflict of interest with the clients scope of works.
4.9If the requested data is to be supplied, published, or displayed to any 3rd party, then there must be clear reference as to Mastdata as the primary source. We will also require a copy of any reports or publications. Intent to supply, publish, or display must be made clear to Mastdata prior to use. This includes any summary data from public or private links from the mastdata.com website
4.10Data supplied will be seeded to enable identification of any breaches in the terms of use.
4.11Ongoing and subsequent data sets will be charged at the initially agreed rate where there is an increase in the total row count.
4.12If payment is made by credit or debit card, then an additional charge will be applied. If currency conversion is required, a further conversion charge may also apply.
5.Breaches of these terms of use
5.1Without prejudice to our other rights under these terms of use, if you breach these terms of use in any way, or if we reasonably suspect that you have breached these terms of use in any way, we may:
5.1.1Send you one or more formal warnings or alert you when logged into our site
5.1.2Temporarily suspend your access to the website
5.1.3Permanently prohibit you from accessing the website
5.1.4Block computers using your IP address from accessing the website
5.1.5Contact your internet services provider and request that they block your access to the website
5.1.6Suspend and/or delete your account with the website and/or delete and/or edit any or all of your user generated content
5.1.7Bring court proceedings against you for breach of contract or otherwise
